You can rank higher on Google Business Profile as a dentist by creating incentives for customers to leave reviews, providing all profile information, and making new profiles for each location you own.
For example, if you have one primary Google Business Profile but 3 different dental office locations with different service areas, then it would be best to create a single business profile for each office location in order to rank and establish a presence on Google Maps.
You may also find that one location may have different office hours, offers, promotions, available products or services, or any type of distinction that needs to be made apart from the sister locations.
Doing so also helps establish location presence in your community. Your location-specific Google Business Profiles will begin getting recognized by people that live in your area, and soon they will start to associate that business profile as their “local branch” of your dental practice. Believe it or not, some customers find immense pride and joy in choosing your business, but specifically the one that is unique to their living area.
This is just one of the few and fast ways that you can start making a meaningful difference in Google Business Profile. There are other tactics that you can take advantage of to potentially help increase rankings, such as auditing your closest competitors’ Google Business Profiles using a tool like GMBSpy and seeing what labels they are using that you may not, such as Plumber for example, but not “Drain cleaning”. You may not realize that you are missing some important information about your business profile that would help Google further understand what your business is about and what it offers to its customers.
